FAQ's

What are your shipping costs / times?

Please refer to the shipping section at the bottom of the homepage screen? During busy periods our shipping times can increase.

What is your return policy?

Please understand, all sales are final. Each item is handmade to your specific wants and needs (color of garment, size of garment, as well as the design). Even though your item may not be personalized, it is still custom to your needs! This means, no returns, and no exchanges. This also ensures each item you receive is brand new, and never used.

If you need ANY help at all with sizing, send us a message. 

We are more than happy to help you pick the perfect size for you or the person you are purchasing the item for

 If you have received an item which is damaged  please contact us within 10 days at hey@barleyandbayley.com. Please also attach a photograph of the damaged item to your email.

After this point, we will assume that you are happy with your purchase.

For custom illustrated products, refunds are permitted only prior to us drawing your illustration.

 

Cancellations

You cannot cancel your order if we have already begun your illustration.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if you have not provided us a suitable photograph within 3 days of your purchase.

Please be specific about how you would like your finished illustration to look

Please make sure you make any specific requests for how you would like your finished illustration to look at the time of your order. 

If these are not included at the time of your order our illustrators will make the draft illustration as they see fit.

Any major request for changes after we have completed our draft illustration will include a surcharge of £10.00 GBP. This includes the additional inclusion of accessories such as hats, collars etc.

How can I pay?

We currently accept credit / debit cards and Paypal. (You are not required to set up a Paypal account to pay.)
